Our state-of-the-art professional kitchen is specially designed for hands on, culinary teambuilding events, chef demonstrations, product development, video production and photo shoots. Natural light streams in through several windows. There is ample space for cameras and lights, as well as an audience of up to 25.

The functionality and efficiency of a well-equipped commercial kitchen is enhanced by the ambiance of an upscale gourmet kitchen for the home. It is a truly unique culinary environment, ready to be customized for a wide variety of programs.

Five DuPont, Corian – surfaced work stations provide room for up to 25 people to work together easily in small groups. Four built-in Wolf 30″ ovens and one Wolf 36″ gas range give plenty of cooking capacity for menus, serving up to 50. Three Wolf 36″ gas rangetops offer abundant stovetop capacity to sauté, boil, and simmer several first courses and side dishes at the same time.

A 50% increase in refrigeration capacity allows us to expand our recipe repertoire. The new Sub-Zero PRO 48 refrigerator/freezer and four under counter refrigerator/freezer drawers provide lots of temperature-controlled storage for perishables in multiple locations.

SieMatic cabinets are renowned for timeless Eurocentric design, ultimate functionality and built-in convenience. Fully customized interior design insures that the deep, spacious under counter drawers offer efficient storage for oversize All-Clad mixing bowls, pots and pans. Specially designed utensil drawers feature a cutlery block for Wüsthof-Trident knives and various custom made compartments for tools and gadgets of all sizes. Magnetized drawers and doors close easily with the slightest touch.

The large center island offers ample work space on the wipe clean non-porous DuPont, Corian countertop and features the convenient accessibility of Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer drawers, just steps from the Wolf range and six burner gas cooktop, which are in continual use during an event.

A Sub-Zero icemaker, ASKO washer and dryer and two professional dishwashers guarantees the efficiency of a large and fully functional commercial kitchen, whether there are 12 or 40 in the house.

Our baking station features a built-in Wolf oven and a convection microwave, just one step from the pastry work area. Custom designed floor-to-ceiling SieMatic cabinets provide ample storage for flour, sugar and spices. The stand mixer and various handheld appliances tuck away easily after use in drawers beneath the countertop.

The 30″ built-in Wolf double oven features a dual convection system for customized roasting, baking and broiling. A second six burner Wolf gas rangetop (the other is on the center island) increases our ability to have 25 comfortably in the kitchen at once.

A 23-inch LCD monitor and closed circuit camera offers easy visual access throughout the room to a particular demonstration at the range or another station.

Artistic Tile, a leading source for luxury stone and artisan tile, provided the kitchen’s transformative commercial/residential bridge by installing Italian stone tile, that doubles both as high style, easy-to-clean commercial flooring and a beautiful floor for home kitchens. In addition, as counterpoint to stainless steel and the other monochromatic surfaces, the lightly tinted Opera Glass tile on the counter backsplash walls casts an opaque, resonant glow which subtly brightens the room.

Two Sub-Zero wine coolers provide temperature-controlled storage for 200 bottles of wine, selectively purchased from the world’s great winegrowing regions. Every culinary team building event menu is complemented by a seasonal red and white wine. You can upgrade to a full wine tasting menu to complement your dining experience.

To meet client demand for appealing, informative wine education, our resident Wine Wizard offers a mini-class, pouring three specially selected wines with lively commentary and interactive question and answer.

Our exclusive Select Pairing Menu is a wine centric four-course dinner, featuring perfectly paired wines with each course, including an artisanal cheese course and sparkling wine on arrival.
