We do provide cooking classes for the public. On our A Class of Your Own page, we invite you to craft a class idea, draft some friends or colleagues and come to Cooking by the Book. We have an incredible staff of culinary professionals and a network of culinary experts who, we think, must know everything. We can build a class just for you.
Our other program is Small Bites Big Sips. Look for announcements about upcoming classes on our website here. This are classes built around a specific beverage — say French Red Wines. We provide a wine expert and a tapas menu crafted to the flight of beverages you will be sampling. Our summer season is packed with corporate events now, but Small Bites Big Sips will be back in the fall. [Or maybe sooner!].
