Only thing I would def. change is the pan sizes! I used 2-9inch round cake pans, they over flowed in the oven! I cleaned up the mess, discarded the half baked cakes and started again! Yes, determined I am! This time I added approx 1/2 on an inch of batter in both 9 inch pans. The cakes are right at the brim! A lil more batter and I'd be cleaning the oven again!
