Hi - really great site you have established. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to publish a comment to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically pleasing. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor in chief for a marketing firm. I have always enjoyed functioning with computing machines and am attempting to learn code in my spare time (which there is never enough of lol).

Hi Suzen!
Love the mint recipe! Hope you have had a chance to read and cook a few recipes from Menus and Memories From Punjab, especially my mother-in-law's recipe for mint chutney. You will find it so refreshing any time of year.
Enjoyed meeting you at the Les Dames function.
      All the best,
            Veronica Sidhu

I've just discovered your blog. Just one comment about mint. When I lived in Queens I put two mint plants in the ground. They soon took over the entire back of the yard. I couldn't kill it.

Just another note, I miss your events with cookbook authors. I learned a lot with them.
